Participant Substitution, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

• A participant’s name can be corrected or changed no later than 5 days before the event.

• If participation is canceled at least 60 calendar days before the conference, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.

• If participation is canceled at least 45 calendar days before the conference, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

• If participation is canceled 30 calendar days or less before the conference, the registration fee is non-refundable.
