30th bi-annual congress to welcome 1.000+ participants from all around Europe
There hardly is an organisation that has not been recently challenged. Pandemia has pushed us outside our offices to an almost unknown virtual world. It has served as a stress test for organisational ability to live with uncertainty and engage emergence. This congress is an invitation to explore and discuss how could (should?) HR practices change in response to uncertainty by being ready to engage emergence, and, also, promote humanity and sustainable growth within organisations?
The event is an opportunity for the HR thinkers, social sciences researchers and HR practitioners to exchange their insights and ideas, practices and experiences, recent research findings in the area of HR with the purpose to re-imagine the future of human world in organisations.
The topics of the congress will include discussion on new and emerging perspectives in HR, technology as platform in people world, well-being at workplace, business case of diversity and inclusion, leadership, talents, engagement and motivation re-considered and other topics contributing towards a discussion of re-thinking HR in uncertainty.
The congress will include keynote plenary sessions, featuring DAVE ULRICH (University of Michigan), DANIEL SUSSKIND (Oxford University, co-author of “The Future of the Professions” and the author of “A World Without Work”), Dr. CONSTANTINOS MARKIDES (London Business School), TOM HAAK (HR Trends Institute), STEPHANIE FASTRE (Google), ASIF SADIQ MBE (Adidas), TIM ACKERMANN (Tui), ELISABETTA GALLI (Banco Stantander), DINA ALVAREZ (Everis UK) and more.
The 30th EAPM CONGRESS will be held on 6-7 October, 2021 in Vilnius, Lithuania and online.
